These Terms set out the rules for using the Lagoonshorepalace website and for any service, booking or experience arranged through it.

1. Agreeing to these Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, kindly refrain from using the site.

2. Minimum age

This website and our resort are reserved for adult guests aged 18 and over only. By confirming your age on the entry page you affirm that this is true. We may ask for photographic identification upon arrival.

3. Bookings and payment

• Every reservation depends on availability and our confirmation.
• Prices are quoted in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may be additional.
• A valid credit card is needed to secure a reservation. Full payment is collected on departure unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellations

Bookings may be cancelled at no charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days the first night is charged; no-shows are charged the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Guest behaviour

We may decline service or end a stay if a guest puts staff or other guests at risk, damages property, ignores our gaming rules, or otherwise breaks reasonable standards of behaviour.

6. Casino gaming

Gaming on our premises is governed by International law and is available solely to guests aged 18 and over. We encourage responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits can be set up at any time with our gaming host.

7. Our liability

We take every reasonable step to offer a safe setting. Our liability is capped to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. We are not liable for valuables that are not left in the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Copyright and trademarks

All material on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Lagoonshorepalace or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

9. Links to other sites

This website may include links to third-party sites. We accept no responsibility for the content or practices of those sites.

10. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
